Apollo (December 2021)
Fanart of Apollo from the series ”Blood of Zeus”. Although he was mostly shown as warrior in that series, Apollo also was the god of the sun and the arts. And I want to display that with this image.
Blaze (January 2019)
This a character that I wanted to paint for years! Created by my buddy A.F. Henley for his breathtaking, smoking hot m/m romance short story ”Blaze“. Later A.F. Henley and Kelly Wire co-wrote the stunning full blown m/m novel ”Vision Quest“. It starts with Henley’s short story and keeps going from there.
You can legally download an all platforms, absolutely free copy of ”Vision Quest” here at Less Than Three Press! 😃
This painting is only a rough digital colour sketch that will serve as reference for an oil painting that I am planning.
My gorgeous buddy A.F. Henley and my beloved partner independently came up with the idea to do a little animation of their arms shifting to a more wolf-ish look. 😀
Of course they have the great ideas and I have the work. Why do I even listen to them? XD
Shield Wolf Among the Pack (August 2016)
Meet Randy (right), his neighbour (and later beloved partner) Vaughn (centre), and Vaughn’s not so happy son Lyle (the way I imagine them) from A.F. Henley’s striking novel Wolf, WY, the first in a series.
From what I learned, winter there can be really harsh. I wanted to combine that rough environment with their naked skin which makes me feel is a somehow erotic contrast.
With the background of this drawing I also wanted to stay true to Wolf; WYs cover art which I created. 🙂
In Chains (March 2016)
”They will come for you tomorrow,“ Andrewe said flatly. ”Are you ready to die?“
Emmett swallowed so hard his dry throat clicked. ”Yes, your Highness.“
”Why?“ he hissed. ”Why did you do this? Why did you lie to me?“
I have to admit that I did this drawing for personal pleasure, I mean…a half naked man in chains. 😉
Also, I do not claim that Andrewe’s attire is historical correct.
My greatest thanks to AF Henley for his permission to use the above lines from his novel. 😀
Baby’s on Fire
I am so excited about this and still can not believe it actually happened! When I started this drawing it was out of pure fun because the story of AF Henley’s novel instantly
captured me. It was mesmerising and sparked the urge in me to do this drawing. Being born long after the glam rock era ended, I was fascinated about how life for them was back then.
Little did I know when I started sketching how all this would turn out! 😀
One of my drawings as official cover on front of a novel! 😀
I am pumped! And it still is sinking in.
AF Henley, buddy, I can never thank you enough for believing in me and for your unending, unwavering support! Without your help this drawing would not be the cover for your amazing novel. <3<3<3
And a huge thank you also goes to Megan Derr from Less Than Three Press! I am so happy and very grateful for accepting this as the cover and for giving me a chance! 😀 It is awesome to work with you.
I am looking forward to other opportunities. 🙂
…And Time Stands Still
Amour at work.
The incurable romantic in me. 🙂
In our busy and fast paced world I wanted to show what can happen when your eyes meet THAT Mr. Right and fate has plans for your common future. That one moment when time for you and him seems to come to a full stop.
‘Cause Sasuke always is and I have a weakness for this bad boy! 😉
The Moon Has No Buttons
Jack Frost – a little older but still cocky as hell. 🙂
